Ordering, Delivery & Returns


We’ve tried to make everything as simple as possible for our online store, take a minute to read through and hopefully it should explain everything, if theres anything else you need to know though just give us a shout and we’re more than happy to help…



When you place an order with us you will receive an email confirmation detailing what you have ordered and where you would like it to be delivered to, read through this carefully and let us know as soon as possible if something is not as it should be. On this email you will see your order number, keep this number carefully in case you need to contact us about anything to do with your order. If your order has not been dispatched we should be able to help you amend your order if you need to.

For items ordered between 10am Monday morning through to noon on Friday we aim to dispatch within 24 hours (sometimes sooner). Items ordered after noon on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. When you are placing your order please be aware that all deliveries will require a signature on arrival so if you’re not at home during the day you might be best to give a work address or an address of someone who you know will be at home during the day to take the delivery.

When your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email to let you know that its on its way.



Ireland (including Northern Ireland)

We have partnered with Fastway Couriers for deliveries within Ireland including Northern Ireland. In general Fastway operate a next day delivery service, though there are some small exceptions to this (give us a call/drop us a mail if you are concerned about when your parcel might be delivered). All deliveries will require a signature on arrival so if you’re not at home during the day you might be best to give a work address or an address of someone who you know will be at home during the day to take the delivery. Delivery of a package within Ireland, holding up to 4 items (excluding coats) costs €6.

UK and Europe

Items to the UK and Europe are sent by An Post recorded delivery, we offer a flat shipping rate of €12 for the UK and €15 for the rest of Europe. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to the UK and Europe.

Rest of the World

We are currently delivering to Ireland, the UK and Europe, but if you'd like to order from outside this area just let us know and we'll do our very best to accommodate you. Drop us a mail to info@tempted.ie



It’s very different ordering online to buying instore so everyone is obviously concerned about what happens if it doesn’t work when you get it in your door. Any item bought online through tempted.ie that isn’t suitable can be returned within 7 days once the usual are adhered to; the tags remain intact and on the garments, it hasn’t been washed or worn and it is in its original condition and packaging etc.

We offer exchanges or refunds for online purchases for full price items and items reduced by up to and including 50%. When something is reduced by more than 50% we say that its reduced to clear so in that case we offer an exchange or a credit note which can be used again to buy something else. Postage costs are not refundable unless you have been sent the item in error or the item is faulty. None of this affects your statutory rights. Please note that our returns policy for items bought instore is different to the above and again this doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

How do I make a return?

We’ve tried to make it as simple as possible. If something’s just not right for you, give us a call or drop us an email quoting your order number, and we will give you a returns number which you can then quote on your delivery. If you’d like to exchange it please do get in touch as soon as you can so that we can hold the other piece for you until your return comes back. When you have a returns number you then have 2 choices

  • You can leave your return back to any Tempted store. If its an exchange we should be able to help you there and then and if it’s a refund then we can get all your details and it will be processed separately. (Returns on a Saturday for a refund will be processed the following Monday)
  • Pop your piece in the post back to us (we recommend using a recorded delivery so you’re sure it gets to us) make sure to include your contact details, your order number and your returns number so that we can contact you should we need to. Our mailing address is

When we receive your goods back we will send you an email to let you know that your exchange or refund has been processed. Please note that it can take 7-10 days depending on the card issuers processing times for the refund to appear on your statement (sorry but this is outside our control). We at all times reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we feel that the garments have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
