I’m always afraid to order online in case it doesn’t work on me, what’s the returns policy?

We know same here, it can be so hard to know what will work. But we’ve kept it as simple as possible.

If for any reason you’d like to return any item purchased through tempted.ie, we are happy to offer you a full refund or an exchange, whichever you prefer, within 14 days of you receiving it.

In every case we just ask that the usual is adhered to; the tags remain intact, it hasn’t been washed or worn and it is in its original condition etc. When you’re trying on, be careful of make up or fragrance as should a garment have make-up or odour we will not be able to accept it.

To be fair to everyone we will be unable to accept goods and a refund will not be processed if the above are not adhered to.

  

None of this affects your statutory rights. Our policy on returns for items bought instore in Raheny is different and is displayed instore. Again this doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Postage and delivery costs are not refundable unless you have been sent the wrong item or the item is faulty, in which case we are so sorry and we’ll do our very best to make things right for you.

 

How do I make a return?

Just drop us a mail to let us know what you’re returning so we can know to expect it and set aside anything you’d like to exchange it for.

You then have 2 choices as to how you make your return;

1) Pop your piece in the post back to us, we recommend using a recorded delivery so you’re sure it gets to us. Don’t forget to include your contact details so we know who it’s from, you’d be surprised how many forget and then we’re like Inspector Clouseau trying to work it out, and we’re much better stylists than we are detectives! Once we receive your parcel we’ll be in touch to process your return. Our mailing address is

2) If you’re local to our store in Raheny, your return can be dropped back in-store where we’ll be more than happy to help. If you need an exchange, we’ll be able to help you there and then, and if you need a refund then we can accept your return and pass the info to our online team who can process the refund for you through our online system in the usual way.

 

How long does it take for my refund to come through?

We’re on the ball with refunds and process them within 3 working days of receipt (it’s often much quicker) It might take a few more days for it to hit your account, but that’s on the bank unfortunately. Please note that any delivery costs or return postage costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty.
